The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location. The room was beautifully presented and very comfortable.

Loved our 2 night stay. Very comfortable and amazing staff.
Room was luxuriously appointed, bed and linen very comfortable. We had a room with a balcony which was amazing.
The electronic tap/water system. Despite the shower being set to its hottest (100°F) was not very hot. Additionally, for those who wet shave, the basin would be a problem.

Very Good
Staff were very friendly, the decor was modern and your round the corner from a few bars. Good location as you're not far from Montmartre, Sainte Lazare train station or Gallery Lafayette.
Considering the modern style of the hotel, the tv's could be updated. There were only 3 English channels and they weren't working. There was no application on the tv for Netflix, Prime or Apple TV etc. Most modern tv's now have this, even as a button on the remotes.
